Your lecturer:

Stefan Schaper is the founder of Schaper-Tech, an innovation and technology consulting company. He has 20 years of experience in companies like Fresenius, Bayer and Roche in innovation and management positions.

Here he led international projects in the areas of digitization and R&D efficiency. He has also managed initiatives to improve processes, generate IP, reduce costs and solve problems in research and development.

In his business, he applies  TRIZ (Theory of inventive problem solving), Design thinking, sprint and agile methods for purposes such as idea generation, IP creation, cost savings, definition of digital business models and problem solving.

He did his doctorate at the University of Hannover and holds an MBA.
